The facade shows a tropical, minimalist style with two shifted white cube volumes. The ground floor feels light because there is lots of glass and screening. Above, the white volumes look bold with slim slit-like vertical windows. The materials are simple: white plaster, concrete, and terracotta breeze blocks. Breeze blocks are bricks with holes that filter light and air. A fence of concrete, metal, and breeze blocks adds rhythm along the street. The carport sits on the corner, covered by a flat canopy.
The site layout is long and tidy. Linear gardens, green walls, and spotlights blend with the terracotta wall. The gap between the two volumes becomes a wind corridor for cross-ventilation (air flowing in and out from two sides). Tall windows bring in natural light without opening too much to the street, so your privacy stays safe. You feel a home that is calm, shaded, and easy to maintain, with a clean, modern look.
